I hereby register for participation at the Knifemakers Show 2009, Solingen on 2./2.5.2009 at the German Blade Museum (Deutsches Klingenmuseum) and recognize the following terms and conditions: conditions 2009

Registration by 31.1.2009 at the latest by fax, post or e-mail. The number of table is limitid. Registrations will be taken into account according to the date of receipt.

I order one exhibition table (125x75 cm) à 360 euros (inkl.taxes)
as Member of the German Knifemakers' Guild
Own application, photographs of two specimens of work are enclosed or sent by extra post.
Application for a promotion table, photographs of two specimens of work are enclosed or sent by extra post.

Payment of the table fee (in the case of transfers from abroad plus the charges!) please only after a binding confirmation of participation and after receipt of the invoice. Then payment by 1.3.2009 at the latest.

Cancellation of the registration by 1.4.2009 at the latest, after that no refund of fees.
Direct payment during the exhibition is possible only for exhibitors from abroad as agreed in advance.

Every table will be provided with two badges, please note the names required by you. Access to the exhibition rooms only with the badges!

I/we will be taking part in the opening reception with Buffet on friday, 1.5.2009 in invitation of the museum with persons.

Please note: The exhibitors who take part in the reception have to prepare their table this day til 6 p.m.

I/We will be taking part in the joint dinner on saturday, 2.5.2009 (charges 16 euros without drinks) with persons.

Please pay the amount together with the table fee by 1.3.2009 at the latest.

I have read the conditions for participation and agree.
